Linen - A full linen change is carried out after each client

Surfaces - the face cradle is wiped down with antiseptic wipes 

Health - please DO NOT attend  your appointment if you have cold or flu symptoms.  In addition to the risk of transference to the therapist, having a massage will only exacerbate your symptoms.

Confidential Client History Form - every new client is required to fill out a form. This provides your contact details, a background on current and past conditions / injuries, and the reason for your visit.  This information is important for your safety and to provide you with the most effective massage.
